live a long and satisfying life without the drop of alcohol or smoking from a
cigarette, but you will live a few weeks without food.
However, that doesn’t mean
you have to eat everything under the sun to survive.
•There are many foods we
can eliminate from our diet that we can live without. This includes all
processed foods that keep people interested. Cutting out all your favorite food
can be easier said than done. That’s why you need a game plan in place to help
you when those desires come up.

clean your house of all unhealthy foods – especially the ones you crave – so
they won’t be available to you when you want. Simplicity is one of the biggest

don’t feel like cooking a nutritious meal at home and you’ll want to order a

• So before that day comes,
look for restaurants in your area that offer the best options on their menu. So
you will have a to-do list and you will not go to a favorite outdoor practice
center. However, even if you had the most ridiculous plan in the world, it is
still possible to come back and that is perfectly normal. The only thing that
matters is that you look at yourself and try again.
