In our life we do a lot of activities. We
fill in forms at different places such as hospitals, banks, schools and other
places. We do that by writing down a variety of our details.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
BEFORE AND WHEN FILLING IN FORMS

Read and understand the instructions, if you do not
understand the instruction seek assistance from the nearby attendant.

Write neatly and clearly.
iii.
Use symbols and abbreviations which are common.

Be brief because the space is limited.
